About
Volta Press is a printmaking collective based in Los Angeles. We produce limited-edition giclée prints from emerging and mid-career artists working in abstract, geometric, and color-field traditions.
Every print is produced on archival cotton rag paper with pigment-based inks rated for 100+ years. Our editions are intentionally small — once they're gone, they're gone.
We believe art should live where people live. Not locked in galleries or priced out of reach, but on the walls of apartments, studios, and homes where it can be seen every day. Each piece in our collection is selected for its ability to transform a space — to make you pause, even if just for a moment.
Volta Press was founded in 2021 by a group of printmakers, designers, and curators who met through the LA art scene. The collective operates out of a shared studio in the Arts District, where all printing is done in-house.
